Lightweight implementation of SPHINCS+ (the NIST PQC Round 3 submission that was subsequently standardised as SLH-DSA / FIPS 205). New code should prefer SLHDSASigner (see also org.bouncycastle.crypto.params and org.bouncycastle.crypto.generators).
