Accepted inputs:

• null → null
• ASN1Null object
• a byte[] containing ASN.1 NULL object

Parameters:

o - object to be converted.

Returns:

an instance of ASN1Null, or null.

Throws:

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException - if the object cannot be converted.
