DERVideotexString

Parameters:

string - the byte encoding of the characters making up the string.

getInstance

Parameters:

obj - a DERVideotexString or an object that can be converted into one.

Returns:

a DERVideotexString instance, or null.

Throws:

IllegalArgumentException - if the object cannot be converted.
