- Create a secret subkey packet.
If the encryption algorithm is NOT
SymmetricKeyAlgorithmTags.NULL,
the SecretKeyPacket.USAGE_SHA1 will be used as S2K usage, otherwise the key will be
unencrypted (SecretKeyPacket.USAGE_NONE).
